An attorney, partnership strategist, and nonprofit leader, Nicole has served in senior roles for national and global organizations, including the United Way Worldwide, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, and the American Association of University Women.
As director of advancement at STEM Next, Nicole is responsible for leading partnership activations, national events and convenings, and philanthropic communications. With over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, she brings a proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic partnerships, managing complex projects, and raising funds. Nicole is also a member of the adjunct faculty at Johns Hopkins University, where she teaches a graduate course on nonprofit management.
Nicole holds a Juris Doctor from the American University Washington College of Law and a Master of Public Affairs degree in Nonprofit Management from the Truman School of Public Affairs at the University of Missouri. She is an active member of the District of Columbia Bar and is involved with Reading Partners DC, serving on their Young Professionals Board.
