Deirdre Shelly serves as the Program Manager, American Climate Corps. Deirdre Shelly is an experienced campaigner who has been a leader in the climate movement for over a decade. She began her career organizing for fossil fuel divestment on her college campus and fighting the Keystone XL and Dakota Access Pipelines at 350.org. She went on to serve as the Campaigns Director at the Sunrise Movement, where she helped lead the organization’s efforts to make climate change a political priority and secure the country’s first piece of federal climate legislation.
