Jacqueline Ivy, MPA, is the Senior Advisor for Workforce Development & Training at American Climate Corps. With over 16 years of experience in workforce development, program management, and operations, Jacqueline is dedicated to advancing economic mobility and job quality for young adults and historically resilient communities. Her expertise spans diverse sectors, including city government, SaaS, technology, retail, and social impact.

Previously, Jacqueline served as the Director of Professional Services and Operations, Workforce at Mainstay, where she developed and implemented human-centered, AI-enhanced employee engagement strategies, enabling businesses to effectively recruit, support, and retain their workforce. As the Founding Managing Director of Per Scholas Seattle, she led the organization’s first West Coast expansion, forging strategic partnerships and launching no-cost software engineering and IT support certification programs designed to help underrepresented individuals in the Greater Seattle region launch careers in technology. In her role as Senior Program Manager at Get Schooled, Jacqueline created digital tools aimed at coaching and advising BIPOC young adults on how to secure and excel in their first jobs. At The Mayor’s Fund Los Angeles, she launched an innovative job-search platform that matched young Angelenos to career pathways aligned with their skills and interests.

Jacqueline holds a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College’s Austin W. Marxe School of Public and International Affairs and a BA in Anthropology from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. She is a proud alum of both AmeriCorps and the National Urban Fellows program. Jacqueline lives in Seattle, WA, with her husband, Christopher, and their Staffie, Darla.
