Jacquelyn (Jackie) Schirmer Board Chair Division President, Congruex Network Services Jacquelyn (Jackie) Schirmer is Board Chair of STEM Next Opportunity Fund and President of Congruex Network Services, where she leads a major digital infrastructure business serving the networks that connect communities, data centers and the growing digital economy. Jackie is a global operating executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across digital infrastructure, energy, engineering, construction and technology-intensive businesses. She has led large-scale P&Ls, complex business transformations, multi-billion-dollar programs and major integrations for both publicly traded and private-equity-backed companies. Her leadership combines strategy with execution, bringing together people, operating systems and commercial discipline to accelerate growth and improve performance. At Congruex, Jackie has led significant operational and financial transformation, including growing EBITDA more than 600% in two years while strengthening execution, diversifying customers and building repeatable operating and delivery models. Previously, she held executive leadership roles with Phillips 66/DCP Midstream, Worley, Jacobs and AECOM, with responsibilities spanning operations, capital projects, engineering, construction, strategy, digital transformation and business growth. Jackie is passionate about developing the next generation of engineers, innovators and leaders and expanding the pathways that connect young people to meaningful STEM careers. In addition to chairing STEM Next, she served as Industry Advisory Committee Chair for the University of Denver’s Ritchie School of Engineering and Computer Science and has supported STEM education and workforce initiatives throughout her career.
