Aika

Aika is interested in pursuing a career in the space industry.

“STEM is important to me because of the memories and friendships I have made along the way in my journey as well as the opportunities it provides both myself, my community, and society itself. Through camps, events, and clubs, I have made countless life-long friendships of which I am incredibly grateful.

STEM has played a major role in shaping my perspective on the world and has taught me so many new and exciting things throughout my experiences. I have also grown up witnessing a variety of innovations created by people around the world that solve different problems and create better lives.

Inspired by these innovators as well as my mentors and friends, my biggest dream is to help the world grow and unite through STEM. I plan on becoming an engineer in the growing space industry, as well as working to empower more young women and encourage them to chase their dreams in STEM.”
