In the Learning Journey, DNA & The Role of Biotech, learners witness how the understanding of genomics can be applied to develop tools to improve our quality of life. In small groups, they participate in hands-on activities that make microscopic ideas like gene editing relatable. They also learn of the different careers that exist in the burgeoning biotech industry. 

 

In each activity bundle, we provide:

Intro Lesosns Bundle

Recommended Grades: 3-8

Total time for Lessons: 1 hour 30 min
