STEM Stories

Kids are always told to dream big – informal science programs allow them to do just that. In 2015, the Noyce Foundation and Charles Stewart Mott Foundation hosted STEM Uncovered, a national video competition in which kids could creatively communicate what they love about their afterschool and summer STEM learning programs.

STEM programs are like charging stations that power up kids’ learning. These six winning videos shine a spotlight on the great work that is happening in the STEM field and sharing how their program is uncovering STEM learning and inspiring kids to build, create, explore, and see themselves as future STEM leaders.
