Helping youth develop these skills is a core strategy of STEM Next’s Career-Connected Learning Framework for Out-of-School Time Providers. \nIn this training\, attendees will learn how to weave durable skills into STEM activities so youth can confidently say to employers: I solve problems\, think critically\, communicate clearly\, work well with others\, and adapt to change. \nParticipants will leave with materials to support staff professional development and three ready-to-use STEM lessons for youth. \nAudience: This training is designed for out-of-school time program providers and staff\, including directors\, professional development and quality specialists\, and facilitators.
